Hiring Event
After speaking with our team, candidates will be invited to attend a MPACT University hiring event. All MPACT University interviews will be conducted during this event. Candidates’ communication skills, presentation ability, and fit for the program will be assessed during this time. No previous trade experience is required for participation in the program.
Drug Test & Background Check
Candidates who are offered a spot in the MPACT University program must complete a background check and hair follicle drug test. Inability to complete or pass this portion of the process will result in dismissal from the program.
Acceptance
After the first four steps of admissions, qualified candidates will receive a letter of acceptance including details on program start date. This is just the beginning of the best choice you’ve made for your future!
